2007 Canberra Adult Feather & Nest Feather Shows

The Canberra Adult Feather and Nest Feather Shows were conducted on Sunday 7 October 2007. The show attracted a very high standard of birds and over 470 entries.The Canberra branch thanks all exhibitors, visitors, and the judges, for making this show an outstanding success.

Special congratulations go to the Kilpatrick family for winning a Reserve Champion award at the 2007 Canberra Adult Feather Show. This year they suffered the sudden loss of their husband - father - grandfather, and for all of the family, a soulmate. His parting wishes included a desire for the family to continue his hobby and win a champion - very close this time with the Reserve!

The Canberra Branch is extremely grateful to all of our Sponsors. We are a very small club and the costs in running a show are escallating rapidly. Sponsorship from Businesses and Community Organisations is becoming vital to the continuing of the event. We urge our members and supporters to be aware of our sponsors and to support the sponsors whenever possible.
